1How does the pricing work?
The pricing is completely based on the part and the manufacturing settings selected. You get completely transparent pricing and you can view bulk pricing upto 1000 units.
2 What file do I require?
We accept .stl files. It is best to make these files in CAD programs like Fusion 360 or Solidworks.
3What if I don’t have a 3D model?
Feel free to consult with us on your requirements, some applications such as stencils and logos don't require you to have a 3D model beforehand.
4 What if I enter the wrong settings while ordering the parts?
We are open to changes even after you place your order, provided that your order has not yet started the manufacturing process. We are open to make any changes if you inform us regarding the same within 3 hours of placing your order.
5 What if I need consultation regarding a part or project?

6 Do I need to pay anything to use the platform?
No. The platform itself is free to use. You only pay for the parts your order.
7 How much time do you take to get back to me?
The platform is instantaneous and you see any updates made in realtime. If you WhatsApp us for some query we get back to you in 3 business hours or less.
